After reading your work, I am left somewhere between sorrowful and yet uniquely pleased to be so. Your words weave a emotional quilt that patches together emotions that to me represents a true artist. I wish I could decide upon a favorite but alas, how do you chose from such a range of emotion and depth? So I will chose neither as favorite but hold each in equal esteem. Thank you for sharing your visions.

Bird of Sympathy - Very well written. Really touched home. My wife once wrote a song about birds. It was entitled "Fly away little bird," and it recounted the life of a bird leaving the nest and going out on it's own. Nice work, very insightful. WM

Bird of sympathy and shadows are awesome poems. I am in awe of the emotions each word brings to complete the poem...what attracted me also was the pictures....I dont know if you painted those but they are gorgeous and fit the poems so well...please keep doing what you're doing...it is very inspiring and delightful to read/visualise...
