According to my lastest WIP set in Pandora's Edge, that's what Andy Whistler the Ghost Hunter says when it's suggested she kiss the most beautiful man in the world. The theory is that a kiss will snap him out of his near-terminal ennui. Will she give in? I don't know yet but "Whistling in the Dark" is a lot of fun to write.
