Biography

I was raised in a small town in Virginia by parents who didnt really feel the necessity of creativity or imagination. Being the youngest, I found that my only escape was to be imaginative and create mentally a life that I could live in while the real world passed by. I am happily married and have 4 grown children collectively and am blessed beyond compare to be known as a child of God.

Statements

May 2007 I was in a multi-vehicle accident that propelled me into a man on the side of the road which led to his death. My writing of late has been primarily to promote healing for myself and someway inspire others. I hope that experiences I write about will help to clear the path for others. My writing in the past has been deep and artistic and sometimes so deep that it only served to enlighten me. Since the accident, I have found that my true gift lies in providing a common thread that we all can experience and grow from. My gift to my blog readers is to provide insight, light and hope. My play, skit, monologue writing serves to provide an entertaining way to display truth and in doing so, enrich life. It is my honor to be invited into your mind.

Creative Tools Used

My Mind...its the most powerful tool I have access to. I can write a play or skit based on any theme one would have and do it usually within an hour or less. Its a gift.

Techniques

I write like I talk...Southern, descriptive so that the reader can feel what i am writing. To me, if I write too deep, it only serves to promote my inner confusion...but to write about my life is my welcome mat to those who would choose to enter. So welcome to my life.

Achievements

I have been the skit and playright for my church and a couple other churches for the past 4 years. I am a Mime and have performed for a variety of venues, primarily for churches in Virginia. But mostly I have a really cool place set up for me in heaven. "Well done my good and faithful servant"

My inspriations come from the Holy Spirit, my surroundings, and random thoughts and life experiences.

Group Members

I would like to thank Austin Cole for creating the DVD and choosing the photos for the song To Make You Feel My Love. The inspiration and the verses were given to me but without Austin's efforts and resources, the dvd would never exist and I would still be using index cards and a cd to try to convey the message.
