Hey thank you so much. This is the only place I really put my writing out anywhere right now, so I'm glad someone with your eloquence appreciates it. I'm at a library using a computer and i'm pretty sure i'm to be kicked off soon, otherwise I would read your work and comment, but you'll have to take a raincheck. I really really appreciate your acknowledgement.

I read "Ugly in Pink" and "Insecure Compliments" and you have very good imagery and symbolism that can bring out all the emotions you feel and pass them to the reader. You're really great. I have to finish reading your stuff.

I just stopped by to reread "Ugly In Pink." I was in the mall yesterday, walking by Victorias Secret and noticed a rack with fliers and catalogues. That's when I thought back to your poem and realized what the secret was. It's a dirty secret. You've opened my eyes with a poem of real life distruction and factual sadness. The world loves you for being a writer. And the world starts with me.

Peeking through your snapshots, I looked closely at "Limelight" and your untitled piece. Those are awesome! I love the creation of Limelight and the use of the guitar in the other. Are they all you? Beautiful!

Dear Annabell Lee,
I received your "call to arms" and without hesitation I signed the petition. After said signing, I came back to you for a visit and read your latest work and again drawn in to your world of duality of seeing magazines with beautiful airbrushed people dressed in an 100 year old tree and found that the models were not beautiful any longer. All the airbrushing in the world cannot restore what one of those sheets have removed from our lives...life giving beauty, oxygen, and history. Not one of them can restore what before we previously had not considered stolen from us, not only as individuals but as a world full of victims. But again, your single voice clearly brought home the truth, that without consciousness, we remain voyeurs looking at what society has told us is beautiful and lose the true beauty....our earth. Thank you

Your gift of writing is the perfect tool to educate the masses... with your permission I would like to repost this soapbox and give you credit and put a link to this page for you... if that would be ok...
