The Raconteurs

Wheeelp...
it a portrait of the Raconteurs painted for an annual at show in Boston Mass. they have artists paint musicians that come through the New England area and the goto the show to have the performer(s) sign it. Which obviously warrants that the painting be done in time for the show. Sound like anything new to me?...nossir. I do that crazy shite for a living. I had a hard time picking out this years image, last year was Stevie Wonder, and usually fitting 1 person in a square frame (canvas id provided, no choice on shape) is easy, but 4 guys? Man every promo i looked at thy were always 2 of them sitting tight on the edge. So after much worry I decided to squish 'em, made it look unique and harder to paint. I hope they like it. It was a fun project. "Rock and Art" is and annual concert put on by Live Nation. Most, if not all artists are from the Boston area, so how did TX boy Cabe end up in it....they found...me....here....in TD.com believe it or not
