Lost forever

One of three intaglio based prints that I made for the book
"Remembering 9/11, Through the Eyes of a Printmaker" by Robert Viana. (published 2007). I preferred the two colored pieces that I sent, for my submission but the black and white etching was chosen.
I used a 'hard ground' etching of a heart and inter-layered this using "tradigital" and colored 'chine colle' onto 300 gsm Hahnemuhle.
