Photography Is Magic, The Capture of A Moment In Time...

Avanti is...forward in motion. I art for fulfillment of life, to exchange thoughts and ideas with others on the same path; proceeding at my own pace as the inspiration comes along... time to shake it up, but always in forward motion! The fix for me is Mid-Century Modern interiors & furnishings. A simple aesthetic quality in the clean lines/edges, colors & textures. It speaks to me... Whether used as a functional piece of furniture or as art, giving presence alone to a corner of a room. It is... interior architectural art! Graffiti is the raw, edgy, colorful & free form of expression that I have always been drawn to. A work of art one day, can evolve & change the next. The artist has to "let go", move on & create new. You can't sell the building wall or street it's on. Graffiti IS art, & "legal walls" ARE art graffiti... No one "owns" true graffiti... And what's important is that it's "out there" for people to see it. With that said, I have expanded my photos of my "Graffiti Series", with special thanks to those talented & raw artists out there, particularly those who I call The Central Avenue Collective.
