I like these! I went "wow" as soon as I opened your portfolio.
(I have a kinship w/ your New Malibu Arizona, as I live west of Phoenix (what my wife calls East LA). I can see that happening!)
I really like the way you see and treat color. What are your inspirations? Or is it more of 'this sounds fun today"? Impressive, quite impressive. I am a fan of scifi, art and reading, and yours is up there with the best.
